How long have you been in business?
Create One has been in business since 2002 and has been associated with Maximum Impact Inc. of Atlanta Georgia since 2004. We initially started business as an independent consulting company in Perth Western Australia. Through our association with Maximum Impact we have grown our territory to include all of Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific

Can you provide an overview of Create One's leadership training curriculum?

The Create One Training Solution focuses on Leadership, Team Effectiveness, Workplace Learning and Employee Productivity. Each program is tailored and ‘time-phased’ to meet the needs of your organisation. It provides illustrations of successful leadership and sets the context for the application and practice of leadership behaviours through discussion and reflection.

How do I know you will deliver on what you say you can?

Our training programs are aimed to assist your people to increase their impact as leaders by developing those around them to become challenged, empowered, excited and rewarded teams who are ready to change as quickly as they need to.

Nothing is more important than transferring what is learnt in the classroom back to the work environment. That is why we purposely schedule time during the workshop to assist participants to develop their own individual Leadership Action Plan. We then follow this up with a free coaching session to reinforce the learning from the workshop.

Once we have a clear idea of what it is you want to achieve, then we agree upon a course of action and design and implement a suitable solution.
