Assessment Tools

Extended DISC® provides individuals, teams, and organisations with a powerful easy-to-use web based assessment tool for understanding personal behavioural style. Extended DISC's applications include leadership development, organisation development, sales, communication and interaction skills training, customer service training, and more.

 

The foundation of the suite is the Personal Assessment.

 

This is a 10-minute web based assessment that generates a 26 page multifaceted, customised report for each participant. The Extended DISC® Work Pair Analysis and Team Analysis provide astounding insight into team performance and opportunities for enhancement.

 

Extended DISC® Job Comparison is a powerful tool that allows the user to identify and to prioritise the behaviours for specific jobs that will produce the best results. Furthermore, it allows the comparison of these desired behaviours to the results of individuals’ Extended DISC® Individual Assessment to identify development needs and a behavioural job fit.


 

 

Leadership Effectiveness Assessment

 

This is a 360 assessment that contains 25 questions, and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. This assessment is designed to measure specific leadership behaviours and contribute toward your development as a Leader. You will be allowed 12 additional raters that can be  comprised of your immediate boss, some peers and subordinates who will also be allowed to assess these behaviours and provide an objective 360 view of your leadership.

 

 

Organisational Climate and Engagement Assessment

 

A culture of continuous improvement depends on open and honest feedback. Effective organisations periodically put performance under the microscope by surveying employees at different levels. To capture a genuine response that underscores strengths and exposes weaknesses, a survey instrument must be both comprehensive and in-depth. The Organisational Climate Survey is a comprehensive online survey that poses 54 questions to staff members from two perspectives: Importance and Performance.
