Our Train-the-Trainer (T3) Certification process has been refined by Master Trainers to equip facilitators with new knowledge and techniques.

We ensure that the ratio of our facilitator to our T3 participants is no more than 1:4. You get personal attention and feedback so that you feel confident and ready to take the course back to your organisation.

Ongoing Support

A Master Trainer will be assigned to you to offer ongoing support and guidance.  You will also be provided with tools and techniques to ensure you get the best possible results.
